Cory brings over three decades of experience as a licensed contractor and small business owner, having successfully facilitated the sale of over 700 homes in Arizona. His enthusiasm for his work shines through in his love for collaborating with Lisa and his adept negotiation skills.
Beyond their professional pursuits, Cory and Lisa are deeply involved in giving back to their community. Cory serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dignity Health Foundation of East Valley, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local medical programs. He also holds key positions in the Ocotillo community, including Vice President of the HOA board and Chairman of the Design Review Board. Lisa is a member of the Chandler Service Club and volunteers at Sun Valley Community Church.
Lisa complements Cory's expertise with her diverse background in advertising, event planning, and interior design. Graduating from ASU with a degree in Broadcast Journalism/Marketing, Lisa brings a wealth of creativity and industry knowledge to their partnership. With a strong foundation in real estate, mentored by her father for over 20 years, Lisa excels in assisting clients with buying, selling, and remodeling homes.
Together, Cory and Lisa create a seamless experience for their clients, combining their skills and dedication to achieve exceptional results. When they're not hard at work, you'll find them enjoying quality time with their family, including twin daughters Reese and Ryan, son Ryder, and their sweet pups Tilly & Jasper. Whether at the gym, on the soccer field, or traveling to new destinations, Cory and Lisa prioritize family time, having adventures and making the most of life's treasured moments.

I’ve been designing spaces for as long as I can remember — from helping my friends rearrange and decorate their bedrooms in elementary school to working side-by-side with my mom designing our home. Creating beautiful, meaningful spaces has always been my happy place.
I truly love getting to know people and learning their stories, because a well-designed home should reflect the people who live in it. My approach blends elevated, curated design with intentional choices — knowing when to splurge, and when to enjoy the thrill of the hunt for that perfect budget-friendly gem.
Today, I get to pair my passion for design with real estate, helping clients not only find a home but also make it a home — one that feels like them and looks stunning. Whether we’re sourcing timeless pieces or walking through a new listing together, I’m here to make the journey personal, inspiring, and fun.

I've always been drawn to the way spaces can shape how we feel, whether through light, texture or details. As someone who's home is my sanctuary, I've spent much of my time making things around me and my family feel comfortable. Striving for balance, proportion and harmony is something that comes naturally to me, and something I love to help others find.
What started as a love for rearranging and reimagining rooms in my own home has grown into a love of interior design. Making homes not only beautiful but deeply liveable, is something I am passionate about. Becoming a homeowner, wife and mother has only strengthened my appreciation for creating environments that bring comfort, joy and connection.
I'm grateful that I am able to help others design spaces that reflect their lives and tell their stories.
